Social Rank

While I prefer to discover interesting blogs via referrals from other blogs and websites, it certainly doesn't hurt to have a starting point when you're looking for something new.

The Social Rank service may have been around for ages, but I just read bout it when I discovered "mathbloggers" (more about that shortly).
