Here's an example of the kind of thing that makes me think the next iPhone will really take off.

That's not to say I think there's much value in it for me, personally. However, the SDK they're using to develop this is currently in the hands of thousands of programmers.

Trust me; there will be plenty of compelling applications for this device from day one ... and that number will increase rapidly.
